What happens if our internet or carrier goes down during market hours?

Standard finance deployments include LTE failover for the internet side and dual SIP trunking for the voice side. If the primary carrier has an outage, calls automatically fail over to the secondary. The trading desk doesn't notice.

Can we turn recording off for support staff or specific extensions?

Yes, recording is per-extension. Set it on for partners, traders, and client-facing staff; off for ops, accounting, and admin. Configuration is logged so you can demonstrate the policy was followed.

How does recording export work?

You or your counsel can select a date range, extension, or counterparty number. The system exports the matching recordings as standard audio files with a metadata index (caller, callee, timestamp, duration, recording ID). No proprietary format.

Can each fund or entity have its own dedicated phone number and IVR?
