Do you require a long-term contract?
No. LightningVoIP service is month-to-month. You can cancel anytime without penalty. We believe you should keep us because we're worth it, not because you're locked in.
Are there setup fees?
Standard setup is included for typical NYC small business deployments. Number porting from your existing provider is included. Hardware varies by plan, the Business plan includes a desk phone per line; the Standard plan does not. Custom installations (multi-floor cabling, complex network buildouts) are quoted separately based on scope.
What's the difference between Standard and Business?
Standard is voice service only, bring your own compatible IP phone or use the web/mobile softphone. Business includes a provisioned Yealink desk phone per line, plus access to additional features like advanced call recording and CRM integration. Most multi-employee businesses pick Business; solo operators and softphone-only setups pick Standard.
